1. The warranty period is 5 years from the date of delivery.
2. Customers are responsible for half of all handling and shipping charges incurred under any circumstances.
3. If an item needs repair, customers should fully describe the problems or Technical issue they are having with the item in an email before sending the repair item to us.
4. Repair items should be packed well and insured if necessary. Please include your contact information, including your name and return address, and attach with the invoice.
5. On the remote possibility your item malfunctions, and then we will repair or replace it.
6. We would refix well and return goods to you within 7 workdays from the date of receipt. If not, we would give you a reasonable and detaild explanation in advance.
7. If your return products are still defective after our repair, we will exchange it for a new one.
8. Customers shall pay maintenance costs ( including accessory replacing fee, workers¡¦ refixing fee) under the warranty for repair if:
A. The problem is caused by improper use or handling (rough or careless treatment)
B. The problem is caused by a fire or water damage (unless product states waterproof or fireproof)
C. The problem is caused by improper repair or opening a product.
D. The case, strap or screen is damaged or worn.
E. The warranty period has expired. |
